Our whole herb selection includes many seeds and berries, and some whole flowers, as well as roots and leaves. We recognise that for some applications it is preferable to be able to buy the whole herbs and then prepare according to your individual needs. We source our whole herbs from the same suppliers as our cut herbs where there is an emphasis on provenance and sustainability.
