Herbal Apothecary is back in Ireland

Herbal Apothecary (a part of Nature’s Laboratory) is back delivering herbal tinctures to the Republic of Ireland, after a long period of absence. We also have a new clinical herbalist here at Nature’s Laboratory. Continue reading to find out more!

Overview of the main important points of supplying to the Republic of Ireland

• Herbal Apothecary plans on shipping one pallet of orders per month over to Ireland, which will then be distributed to herbal practitioners all over the country.
• Frequency of shipping will be increased to supply demand if necessary.
• We plan on making our first shipment on the 21st of October 2024.
• Practitioners can now have access to everything on the Herbal Apothecary website, as herbal tinctures are no longer restricted.
• You can place an order with Herbal Apothecary, payment will be taken, and orders will be shipped on the allocated date once per month or more frequently as we agreed.
• We are pleased to offer an introductory 10% off and free carriage on your first order.

Why did we stop shipping to Ireland?

We never wanted to leave our customers in the Republic of Ireland. However, since Brexit the Republic of Ireland increased their restrictive measures on dangerous goods and liquids, which made it extremely difficult for us to post herbal tinctures to our customers and we found that a lot of our parcels were being held at customs before being sent back to us! Therefore, we decided that it was time to draw back and wait until we could come up with another plan to send herbal tinctures to Ireland.

New opportunities, introductory offer and how to order!

However, we have found after many trials and tribulations a way to begin supplying herbal medicine tinctures to the Republic of Ireland once more! All of us here at Herbal Apothecary, are hugely excited and grateful to reconnect with herbal medicine practitioners in the Republic of Ireland and to meet new practitioners. As a welcome gesture Herbal Apothecary would like to offer practitioners on their first order free carriage and 10% off!

We plan for the Herbal Apothecary website to be open for herbalists based in the Republic of Ireland on the 21st October 2024. Practitioners will have access to everything on the website and will be able to browse and purchase from our wide range of herbal tinctures. Regarding ordering with Herbal Apothecary, your order will be placed with us and payment will be taken. However, your order will not be shipped until the allocated shipping date. The next shipment date will be displayed on our website, so please check the allocated shipping date before placing your order!

Our research laboratory ensures that all the products we manufacture are of the highest quality possible and are all thoroughly tested. We provide a certificate of analysis (COA) for every batch of product, which allows for your own personal assessment of the quality of our products.

The COA is provided in the form of a QR code, which is on our packaging, and when scanned gives you a certificate of analysis for each specific batch.

Herbal Apothecary aims to be an ethical, responsible and transparent supplier and manufacturer of herbal medicine. We sustainably source our herbs from suppliers, we are a living wage employer and aim to be responsible in how we run our business.

The New Resident Clinical Herbalist

Hello everyone, my name is Dylan Parry, and I am the new clinical herbalist here at Natures laboratory and Herbal Apothecary! I am very excited to be part of the team, and I am looking forward to promoting herbal medicine and sharing the knowledge and power of herbs! As well as forming connections with practitioners and wellbeing enthusiasts! I studied at Lincoln College and qualified with a first-class BSc Hons in Clinical Herbalism in 2023, which made me the youngest qualified herbalist in the United Kingdom at the time. I have been inspired and determined to become a qualified herbalist since the age of 12, which is half of my life. Therefore, my passion and determination to help people with herbs and herbal medicine shines through my work, and I am looking forward to helping Natures laboratory and Herbal apothecary in promoting and providing high quality and ethical herbal medicine.
