Prescription Dispensing Service

Once you are approved on your account page there is a ‘Prescription dispensing service’ form. We will require you to fill this in correctly please!

• We will require you to fill in your practitioner and contact details
• There is an option to upload your own logo to use on the prescription labels
• Fill in your prescription reference and patient details
• Add herbs – this will be in the ‘Formulation’ section of the form and there is a drop-down menu of all the herbs you can have access to in our dispensing service.
• The amount of each herb in the formulation will be in a percentage format – For example if your prescription is 100ml in total and you want 10ml of Rose tincture in your blend, then you would want to note down 10% of rose.
• Pop in your dosage and bottle size

• Contacting you – Once we have received your prescription, we will contact you in 2 business days via the provided email.
• Pricing and payment – All prescriptions will be individually priced, as some herbs will have a higher cost compared to others. Once we have contacted you with the price of your prescription we will arrange payment.
• Creating your prescription – Once we have received payment, we will begin creating your prescription and this will take up to two business days before we post your prescription out.

Other Information

Who can use the prescription dispensing service?

We will only accept those with the appropriate training and insurance. Practitioners include herbalists, homeopaths, ayurvedic and Unani-tibb practitioners etc…

Minimum order quantity

We will only dispense orders 100ml or over.

Lead times

We aim to get everything done within four business days – this is the case if you pay in time!
