I graduated from the University of Westminster with a first class honours degree in Herbal Medicine in 2019. I have a diploma in Nutritional Health Science and a degree in Experimental Psychology. I have also completed an Ayurvedic apprenticeship which informs much of my style in clinical practice. I am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, established in 1864 to ensure the efficacy and safe use of herbal medicine.
I am passionate about education and providing valuable knowledge which will support sustainable solutions, empowering clients to take control of their health and wellbeing. My main areas of interest include women’s health and stress management.
After more than six years of studies I have combined and integrated my teachings to build a clinical practice that integrates the key pillars of health and wellbeing. My study of the mind, nutrition, ayurveda and herbs has provided me with a holistic tool kit to help support the whole body rather than just focus on symptoms.
