Description
Tincture made by a process of hydro-ethanolic percolation, with a ratio of 1 part Cinnamon Bark to 3 parts liquid. Liquid comprises of 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
Cinnamomum zeylanicum or Cinnamomum verum, more commonly called true cinnamon tree or Ceylon cinnamon tree is a small evergreen tree belonging to the family Lauraceae, native to Sri Lanka. Among other species, its inner bark is used to make cinnamon.
Sri Lanka still produces 80–90% of the world’s supply of Cinnamomum zeylanicum, which is also cultivated on a commercial scale in the Seychelles and Madagascar.
