James Fearnley
CEO
James is the founder of Nature’s Laboratory, amongst other things! He coordinates our research projects and helps us plan for the future.
Tom Cull
Director of Production and Purchasing
I am responsible for how we make things, and what we make and when, and also sourcing raw materials and packaging for production. I also am responsible for Contract Manufacturing, partnering with our wide client base to produce the products they want to the highest standard. I enjoy connecting with our partners, especially the colleges and universities where I like to take an active role in helping those organisations and the students in sponsoring awards, also attending and hosting open days and conferences.
Sean Lennon
Manufacturing
Sean is one of our longest-serving team members, he’s responsible for liquid production, making tinctures, extracts and glycerates.
Andy Burgess
Manufacturing
Andy has a hand in every area of manufacturing – from herbal tinctures to capsule manufacture and powdering. He also helps with dispatch.
Chris Buckley
Manufacturing
Chris is our chief capsule-maker and has a keen eye for cleanliness and keeping things in order. He’s also a dab hand at applying labels!
Richard Locker
Dispatch
Rich keeps our delivery partners busy, dispatching orders to customers and ensuring everything is well-packaged and correctly labelled.

Business Development Director
Jonathan enjoys bringing people and ideas together, developing new opportunities and looking at challenges with a creative mindset. He values genuine relationships with colleagues and customers and believes the best ideas and opportunities come from working together.
