Dylan Parry, BSc (Hons) Clinical Herbalism 

Medical Herbalist & Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists

Dylan is a qualified clinical herbalist, holding a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Herbalism. She is a registered member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), the UK’s leading professional body representing medical herbalists.

With a deep passion for empowering individuals on their journey to better health, Dylan combines traditional plant medicine with modern clinical knowledge. Her approach is centred on helping patients understand their unique health needs and supporting them in making meaningful, sustainable changes.

Consultations with Dylan are compassionate and collaborative—providing a safe space where patients feel truly heard and supported. She believes that good health is a fundamental right and is committed to helping people achieve it through the natural power of herbal medicine

Tom Cull

Director of Production and Purchasing

I am responsible for how we make things, and what we make and when, and also sourcing raw materials and packaging for production. I also am responsible for Contract Manufacturing, partnering with our wide client base to produce the products they want to the highest standard.

I enjoy connecting with our partners, especially the colleges and universities where I like to take an active role in helping those organisations and the students in sponsoring awards, also attending and hosting open days and conferences.

Sean is one of our longest-serving team members, he’s responsible for liquid production, making tinctures, extracts and glycerates.

Andy Burgess

Andy has a hand in every area of manufacturing – from herbal tinctures to capsule manufacture and powdering. He also helps with dispatch.

Chris is our chief capsule-maker and has a keen eye for cleanliness and keeping things in order. He’s also a dab hand at applying labels!

Dr. Bhagyashree Kamble

With my doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences, specialized in natural products research for more than 13 years, I have always enjoyed understanding and exploring the potential of natural products with the help of scientific knowledge delivering services and products for betterment of human health.

In my current role as Research Quality Manager at Nature’s Laboratory, I enjoy bringing together scientific research, quality, and the unique properties of natural ingredients to support the development of safe, effective, and high-quality products from bench to bedside. I think we at Nature's Laboratory are involved in creating immunity for the community using these herbs and bee products for the current and future human healthcare needs. What I particularly enjoy about working at Nature’s Laboratory is the opportunity to explore what nature has to offer, from herbs sourced from different parts of the world to the fascinating potential of apitherapy products, and to help make these natural resources available to meet the needs of healthcare. I find it rewarding to bring together scientific evidence, traditional knowledge and modern quality standards, while making sure that safety and quality remain at the heart of what we do. Outside of work, I enjoy running, which keeps me active and gives me time to clear my mind. I am also an avid reader and enjoy knitting, which I find a wonderfully creative and relaxing way to switch off from work.

Lucy Fearnley

Community Communications Director

Lucy Fearnley is Community Communications Director at Nature’s Laboratory, helping to build connections between the company and the local community in Whitby and beyond. Her role includes developing community initiatives, events, partnerships and communications across Nature’s Laboratory and its associated brands.

Lucy is particularly interested in bringing people together, supporting local organisations and creating opportunities to share Nature’s Laboratory’s work in natural health, research and sustainable, ethical business. Lucy has a background in writing, information, inclusive living & welfare rights, holding a BA (Hons) in Public Administration and an MA in Screenwriting. She has a passion for animal welfare and runs Whitby Compassionate Food, the local support group for Compassion in World farming, a global charity which campaigns against cruel factory farming. She is also a volunteer for Crustacean Compassion, a charity campaigning for the welfare of decapod crustaceans.
